The location is very convenient in a residential area, close to many working buildings, shopping centers/supermarkets, cinemas, hospitals, restaurants/ cafeterias/lounges/ bars, spas, and famous tourist places of Hanoi.
The space
We have 2 types of apartment widths, 40-Sq-meter (with USD 900/ per month) suitable for solo/ couples, and 70-Sq-meter (with USD 1,300/ per month) suitable for small families/ groups. Both have large beds, a nice green balcony, a kitchen, and modern equipment (TV plasma, air-conditioner, refrigerator, oven…). The larger one has a nice separate working/ reading corner and a large bedroom.
Guest access
You will be warmly welcome at our reception and coffee table on the first floor, and go up to your apartment on the 2-7 floor with large and nice stairs/ elevator.
Interaction with guests
Our receptionist will be there during working hours, and I will come gradually or if you have a special request. You can reach me anytime through my cellphone
Other things to note
We encourage guests to stay over 3 months.
Price for rent: 900 – 1300USD/month
